You agree that by accessing the Website, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

Products
All our products are distributed in digital format, and you can find more information on the type of files you’ll receive in the product description for each item.
No physical item will be sent.
After payment, you will be able to download your file in your orders page, in your account page, and you will also be sent a link for download via e-mail. If, for some reason, the download is not working, please contact us at: contacts@trickycreations.com
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Website. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
All prices already include sales taxes. We may change prices at any time.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Website. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
For your safety, all payment transactions are processed and executed by Paypal or Stripe, including payments made by credit cards. We don’t have access to your payment information except for data strictly necessary to verify the payment. We will never know or store your credit card number or bank account.
Refunds Policy
By purchasing one of our products, you agree not to request a refund. Our products are all distributed in digital format, so we do not allow for returns and refunds.
We will not be liable to any misuse of the products we sell. We sell the digital file, and it’s the users responsibility to make a good use of it in creating physical items.

Embroidery Files
To use our embroidery files, you must have an embroidery machine and appropriate software to use the file. Resizing or editing is not recommended and we cannot guarantee the quality of the designs if you alter them in any way. All our designs are tested using our own embroidery machine.
The designs can be embroidered on any product and fabric, but be sure to stabilize correctly so that the embroidery is beautiful and flat. There’s only so much we can do when it comes to digitizing. Please consider other factors if you notice any inconsistencies: stabilizer, needle, tension, thread, and fabric.

Contribution License
You agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings).
The name you choose to be addressed as in you Account page will be the same that will appear when you give suggestions, custom requests or other feedback regarding the Website.
By submitting suggestions, custom requests or other feedback regarding the Website, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
